Through our research and development, complete plants are manufactured to produce wood fuel pellets. The main equipment includes crushing and dust removal process, drying process, granulation process, cooling process and packaging process. It has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, high output, less consumption, convenience and reliable performance.
 
1. Crushing process of automatic particle production line
Description: The ideal size for pellets is 3 - 5 mm. If your biomass feedstock is larger than 5 mm in size, it should be shredded with a wood chipper/shredder/hammer mill.
Question 1: What is your biomass raw material? Please let us know its dimensions, such as diameter or thickness.
 
2. Drying process of automatic granule production line
Description: Optimum moisture/humidity for granulation is 10 - 15%. If your raw material is too wet, you should use our airflow dryer or rotary dryer for drying, they can reduce the moisture from 30~60% to 10~15%.

3. The pelletizing process of our wood pellet production line:
Description: Wood pellet machine is a professional equipment for producing high-density biomass fuel pellets.

2. The mold and roller are made of alloy steel, with a hardness above 52 and a service life of up to 800 hours

Raw Materials
 

• The raw materials that can be used as pellet processing are as follows:

 
1. Crop residues: Crop residues include cotton stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, corn stalks, corn cobs and straws of some other grains.
2. Sawdust sawed by band saw: The sawdust sawed by band saw has the best granulation size, the production of granules is stable, the granules are smooth, high hardness, and low energy consumption.
3. Small wood shavings in furniture factories: Because the particle size is relatively large, it is not easy to enter the wood pellet machine, so it is easy to block, so the wood shavings need to be crushed before use.
4. Sanding powder for board factories and furniture factories: sanding powder has a light specific gravity, it is not easy to enter the wood pellet machine, and it is easy to block. It is recommended to mix wood chips together for granulation, and the proportion can be about 50% each to achieve the best effect.
5. Cuttings of wood boards and wood chips: The cuttings of wood boards and wood chips can only be used after crushing.
